Yogesh Bhargava
Yogesh Bhargava is one of Canterbury’s most recognised real estate professionals, known for innovative marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine commitment to his clients. Having helped hundreds of families buy and sell property, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results while making the process straightforward and enjoyable.
Based in Christchurch since 2011, Yogesh is passionate about the communities he serves and actively supports local events, schools, and community initiatives throughout Canterbury. When he’s not helping clients achieve their property goals, he’s spending time with his family and staying connected to the people and places that make this region home.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Yogesh’s career began at 16, working in journalism. Growing up in a family connected to the profession, he learned early how to listen, ask the right questions and understand what matters to people.
With a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics and postgraduate study in Business Management, he brought that curiosity and analytical thinking to New Zealand. He went on to lead hospitality teams, become a business owner and build a career in real estate.
Nine years and more than 700 home sales later, property is part of his life beyond the day job. As a property developer and investor, Yogesh understands the decisions behind a property sale because he has made many of them himself.
