Tracey Pearce

As Marketing Manager for Team Bhargava, Tracey brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications and customer experience, combining creative thinking with a proactive, results-focused approach. Originally from South Africa, she has called Canterbury home for well over a decade. Tracey develops and delivers marketing campaigns across digital lead generation, social media, targeted email marketing and buyer communications, designed to maximise property exposure, generate buyer interest and achieve meaningful results for clients.

With a background in real estate personal assistance and experience managing listings from appraisal through to settlement, she also brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail and valuable business support experience to the team. Outside of work, Tracey loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children, whether it’s camping, hiking or paddleboarding. A curious mind and lifelong learner, she’s also an avid podcast listener who enjoys discovering new ideas and sharing what she learns.
